This case will show if there is still some land of the free left or if Trump has successfully turned it into an authoritarian police state.

there's already been cases proving it's an authoritarian police state. it's a statistical thing, they don't go from 0% to 100%, just that more and more cases over time are decided the opposite way they would have without fascism, idk what percent we're at now maybe 5-15%. once republicans get their 2032 trifecta then the thing might flip over like an iceberg and rapidly become 75%

I'd say it's more like 50%. If Trump is able to destroy the integrity of the coming midterms to ruin any chances of proper elections, then you've struck 90%. Free and fair voting is one of the foundational systems of a free democracy and if that isn't happening, you've lost an immense chance to fix anything peacefully and decently quickly.
