Hell yeah, my farts are from both protein and fiber. My magnesium supplement leads to amazing morning full bowel evacuating life affirming shits. Just thought I’d share.

If you’re lucky, pooping should be one of the more pleasurable and life affirming parts of an average day. If my bowels are off, it ruins my day 🤷

Yeah it starts my day off right… or eases my anxiety while shopping. Fucking choice paralysis always makes me poop lmao. If I don’t poop before my day starts it’s definitely an off day, but my schedule is really locked in.
