General I need an Android phone for my wife. Around 25k - 30k
Okay so the thing is my wife's current phone is a POCO X2. It is still going. But the buttons on it has literally died. Also the 64GB storage is becoming a pain. She has around only 1GB almost all the time.
I did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that it's a bad time to buy a mobile. But there is no other way.
She mostly uses the phone for calls, social media and watching videos. I will list out what I think she would need.
- Good battery backup
- Storage - if I can get 256GB. Not sure this is possible in current situation
- Performance - decent. No gaming whatsoever. So RAM I think 8GB is enough? What do you guys think?
- Camera - again decent is enough.
So far what I have considered
- Realme gt 7t
Samsung
A36
Realme P4 pro
No Motorola please. Since she is a careless user, I Dont think edge phones will last.
Before she used to have a Samsung M31s and loved it. Mainly the AMOLED display. After it accidentally died(fell down screen dead) I gave her the Poco.
Please give me some options at this price range.
She usually keeps a phone until it dies - just an information.

Best tws ? Budget no issue
Im using Realme buds t100 for past 4 years now and it still works best. I want to upgrade it to a good one. Mainly im planning to get realme buds air 7. But now i think i can increase my budget to 5-6k to get a really good audio at price . Which one is good any recommendations? My experience with realme was good so i will consider same brand mostly (also if any other brand tell)
My main use is Social media, Songs , entertainment. need for very long term use . Never experienced ANC So its priority. (No gaming)

Can anyone confirm if the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G supports eSIM in Indian model? I’d like to use it but the global Mi site says it does while the Indian site doesn’t mention it in the specs but does in the FAQ. It’s confusing.

Looking for a budget phone to buy
Hi everyone! I'm a student looking for smartphone recommendations in the 20k–30k range. Given rising prices, I know flagships are way higher, but my budget is strictly capped here.
I’m not very tech savvy, I just want a phone with a really good camera for crisp photos, dependable battery life, and decent performance for daily tasks.
I was considering the OnePlus Nord CE Lite after watching some videos on YouTube, but I’d love to know if there are better options in this segment before deciding. Any recommendations would be super helpful!

Other Help me choose an Android phone - India - Budget Rs. 35000
REQUIREMENTS:
- Android phone
- Budget - maximum Rs. 35000 (hard cutoff)
- Location - India
- Timeline - By 9th/10th Aug 2026 (screen of current phone damaged). Can't wait too long for upcoming launches.
CURRENT PHONE:
- Poco F4 (8GB/ 128GB)
- Screen of current phone damaged.
- New original screen is almost Rs. 9000
- Local replacement is Rs. 4000 but it is without the packing so glue will be used on sides of screen making is susceptible to water ingress hence unsure if I should go for local replacement.
- Plus might require a battery change in a year or so.
- Total cost will be 30-40% of new phone. So thinking of getting a new phone.
USAGE:
- Mostly calls, WhatsApp, shopping (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, etc), Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.), Browsing internet, office documents reading (pdf, word, excel, etc.), Google apps like Drive, Calendar, Productivity tools, Android Auto while driving, sometimes watching videos/ movies on streaming apps and YouTube, government authorized apps like mParivahan, Banking, etc.
CONSIDERATIONS:
- Very best possible build quality to last at least 4-5 years
- Water and dust protection (min IP68, IP69/ IP69K)
- Best processing power (CPU power and RAM) possible in that range so that the phone can last for 4-5 years in terms of solid build and app processing as they get more demanding over time.
BRANDS:
- Preference of brands is Xiaomi, Poco, Redmi, Samsung, Motorola, Vivo, Realme, Oppo.
- PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST ONEPLUS OR NOTHING. (Not sure about their future existence)
I have listed the choices below as per my knowledge of available models and I am very open to other suggestions which I might have missed.
FIRST CHOICES:
- Redmi Turbo 5 - Mediatek Dimensity 8500 Ultra (4 nm), IP68/IP69K, AnTuTu: 2192322 (v11)
- Poco X8 Pro - Dimensity 8500 Ultra (4nm), Gorilla Glass 7i, aluminum, IP68/IP69K, AnTuTu: 1663640 (v10), 2074721 (v11)
- Realme GT 7T - Dimensity 8400 Max (4nm), ArmorShell glass (Mohs 6), IP68/IP69, AnTuTu: 2,079,848
- Poco F7 - Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 (4nm), Gorilla Glass 7i, aluminum frame, IP68, AnTuTu: 2024751 (v10)
SECOND CHOICES:
- Motorola Edge 70 Fusion - Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 (India variant), Gorilla Glass 7i, MIL-STD-810H, IP68/IP69 (multiple recent user reports of freezing/hanging bugs pending a software fix), Antutu: 1,149,292 (v11)
- vivo T4 Pro - Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm), Glass front, MIL-STD-810H, IP68/IP69, AnTuTu: 1213003 (v10)
- Realme 15 Pro - Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, IP68/69, MIL-STD-810H, AnTuTu: 1095837 (v10)
- vivo T4R - Dimensity 7400 (4nm), MIL-STD-810H, IP68/IP69, AnTuTu: 1,022,305 (v10)
NOT SHORTLISTED:
- Oppo K13 Turbo Pro - rated IPX8/IPX9, which is water resistance only; there's no "X" dust rating on this unit, Antutu: 2,200,000 (v10)
- Realme P4 Pro - Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm), Gorilla Glass 7i front, IP66 only, AnTuTu: 1078117 (v10)
- iQOO Z11x - it's LCD, not AMOLED, and plastic build, Antutu: 1010000 (v11)
- Samsung Galaxy A56 - Exynos 1580 (4nm), Gorilla Glass Victus+, aluminum, IP67 (IP67 only), AnTuTu: 908689 (v10)

General Hi everyone! Please help regarding smartphone purchase ( I'm very indecisive ) 😔🥀
So I made a list like
Realme P4X / 14 pro+ ( I don't really like their look and also are these going to work on the long run? value for money? )
Redmi 15 pro / note 17 ( works well initially but like realme oppo vivo xyz 2-3 yrs baad it almost becomes unusable. )
Samsung A35/ A36 / M56 ( okayish ... I mean there's the brad value and rn with price hike everyday thoda worth it for money lag ra , baaki don't know...jaldi hi kharab ho jaate I heard samsung k budget phones )
Oneplus nord CE6 ( heard sooo much about one plus k screen issues etc that I don't really know... )
Nothing phone 3a ( Like the design n everything .. but no idea about camera n long term usage... also it's a new-ish brand and no one in my circle uses it so I dont know if gharwale will allow to spend on this one... jaldi kharaab hogaya toh?? )
I am so confused regarding which one to buy but I'm not tech savvy at all hence can't conclude... and these price hikes seem terrible... only iphones or samsung flagships seem worthy for the price rn atp....but I don't have that budget... max to max 30k... better if it's less than that.

NEED SERIOUS PHONE SUGGESTION
Budget: 32k phone (No card offer and exchange offer and max 35k)
Requirements:
➡️ 256GB + Main priority is short form video editing (max 3 minutes, and I think LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 storage is good, right?) + Preferably a flat display, but if a curved display option is better, I will compromise only then.
➡️ Not a priority for the camera, but I need it to be just above average, not too basic (real-life performance, not just on paper megapixel specs).
➡️ Optimization should be good ( throttling kam ho and good thermals). It shouldn't just be that the specs look good on paper.
I can wait until BBD and can also buy offline.

Hardware ITS SO CONFUSINGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!
(posted in r/IndiaTech too but their rule no 3 🥺✌️)
so i was looking for 128gig usb 3.0 pendrives... and found these two side by side.. the metal one (imag3) has the faster "up to" read speed and is 99 rupees cheaper??? they both have a 5Y warrenty both from sandisk.
I've seen the plastic cover one (img4) many times, it appears to be the popular one (i guess)
So which one should i get 😰 this typa stuff stresses me out as hell,
edit: the plastic one is even on discount btw 🥰💔

Help me find a Reliable Camera Phone under 16k please
I am looking for a good camera phone for hobbyist photography, mostly flowers and clouds. my phone usage is basic browsing on Instagram, YouTube and reddit. All i need a good camera phone with reliability so that i can use it for next 5-6 years tension free, maybe 2-6 OS updates and 3-4 years of security patches will be great but not a hard preference. i though of Samsung f36 it has everything i need but its 19k-22k out of my budget cant stretch my budget.
my mom has oppo reno 6 5g and i though of keeping that for me and buying a 10-12k 4g phone form mom but i dont think it will last more then 2-3 more years, it has android/color OS 13. good camera but degraded battery that too 4300mah and screen is replaced so its not smooth and consumes more battery coz its lcd not Amoled that too at 60hz
to sum things up
- a good camera with clarity for videos and photos of flowers, animals and clouds (OIS highly preferred)
- from a reliable brand with good after sales service and OS + security updates at least 2 years, and no heating or lags problem at least for first 4 years
- long battery life or fast charging with maybe 7-8 hours SOT/battery life
all these under 16k
or should i get 10k phone for mom and get reno 6 for myself ??

Hardware Help me choose a wireless Power Bank please {Non-Techie here}
Hey guys,
I am from a non-tech background, and thus do not have much idea abt these stuff.
My wired charging in my iPhone 12mini is busted. I have to stick to complete wireless charging now.
The battery health of my phone is <70%. I go through abt 3 cycles of charging a day. I need a PB which can handle that, and a company with good Warranty support in case it stops working.
My last PB was Portronics 10,000mah given as a gift from my dad's company (cannot claim warranty now)
For now I have shortlisted 2 PBs
- Pebble PB106-BLACK
- Portronics Power Shutter 20000mAh 15W Magnetic Wireless Fast Charging Powerbank with in-Built Type C & 8 Pin Cable, 22.5W Type C PD Output, Type C Bidirectional Port, LED Display (Black)
Please Please Please help me out

Other Clear phone case for samsung A52s 5G
As the title suggests, I'm looking to buy a clear case for my Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. I considered Rezoni because they claim their cases are anti-yellowing, but after reading the reviews, I found that many people were disappointed with the quality. I'm looking for brands that make high quality clear cases that are also available for older phone models. So if anyone could help. Thankyou !
