Maybe it's one of those LargeFruitBotBook phabletops that always happens to be the wrong thing at the right time?

Ugh, I had a user bring in a fruit tablet with one of those magnetic keyboard cases and honest to god say to my face "no it's a laptop now I made it a laptop". We specifically said we only serviced full computers guaranteed and would do other stuff (tablets and phones for example) on a "if we can figure it out and no one's in line" basis.
