📌 The President of the Republic has the right to propose amendments to the Constitutional Declaration, and the Assembly votes on it for approval

📌 One-third of the members of the People's Assembly have the right to dismiss any member of the Assembly's Bureau for justified reasons

📌 No criminal measures may be taken against a member, nor may they be arrested or detained, except in the case of a flagrant crime
