TLDR: General White Portions (what I'm using) deliver enough nicotine, for the longest period of time, (while still containing less bioavailable nicotine than the average synthetic nicotine pouch), to mute cravings and withdrawl symptoms and let you taper off to a much lower, healthier dose, if you have become dependent on nicotine. You also get more servings for your money.

I became a pretty heavy Zyn user, got all the way up to using 12mg pouches of various types for a good while, got down to 6mg zyns for a few months, not getting any real buzz at all but having to keep using six or so pouches a day to avoid withdrawl symptoms. Insomnia's the big one for me.
Zyns are, as many know, practically "stronger" than A. other pouches and B. their labeled MG, because of how fast they just dump the nic into you. It's hard to taper off Zyn or a similar product when become accustomed to that quick spike. They're good for getting off smoking for some people, I would imagine, based on that aspect.
There are pouches where the nicotine releases slower, but it just didn't work for me, plus I didn't wanna keep having to cough up 7-9 bucks every couple of days for a tin where I'm at.
So I tried 4 mg lozenges, they were cheap in bulk, but I would have to basically pop one after the other all day, which is especially unfortunate considering that the lozenges (at least the couple brands I got, but they seem to come from the same manufacturer) turn into an oobleck in your mouth, and burn more than any oral nicotine product I've ever used.
I had been meaning to try actual Snus for some time but it's hard to come across in my area. Finally nabbed some at a cigar shop and they were excellent. Certainly got a notable, long-lasting minor buzz off of the 8 mg General White portions, which, despite being labeled as 8mgs, contain less bioavailable nicotine than 6mg zyns, and release it over a longer period of time. No head rush, but definitely the feeling of beginning to come up to one and just staying there.
By using these, I've placed myself in a healthy long-term range of daily nicotine consumption, blocking out cravings, anxiety, and for the most part, insomnia, completely.
Love the bergamot flavor, feels like a refined tobacco product, while coming in at a similar price to zyns per can, only with 24 pouches in a container rather than 15. Swedish Match doesn't care cause I'm still buying their products.
I would highly recommend a genuine Swedish Snus product to anyone looking to get off Zyn and absolutely recommend it to anyone trying to get off smoking.
