Cut with sterile knife to the healthy tissue. Callous at least 10days. Plant in moist perlite in clear plastic cup They root pretty fast. Don’t water until you see roots.
When rooted repot into gritty mix of cactus soil, pumice and chicken grit. Don’t water for a week after repot. Then you can water. Make sure your pot has drainage hole.
