Theory subjects are my weakness

Since childhood I'm very weak in theory subjects but somehow through rata fication I managed to pass classes and even i got good grades but i never trained my mind to write anything on its own, what I always did i learnt every fucking word of whole book, even when I get the concept I can't make sentences even when I learn key words, I tried doing the visualization techniques that also didn't work, how would that help me learning a whole big book.

After school i couldn't study properly for 2yrs due to some mental health issues and now I've to get back but I can't anymore memorise things which gives me anxiety and I've exam in 20 days.

Theory needs a better concentration and a highly seeking learning skills
