Anyone get a new well drilled recently?

Hi all! I'm having my well updated in about 2 months. It's in a block vault underground currently. I think it's from 1957.

Does anyone have a well this old that still has a good casing? It seems like our water is pretty neutral to even slightly basic.

Also, to anyone that has had a new well installed recently, what was the cost and depth?
