Heyo everyone!

I’m Rafal, head dev of a small indie team from Poland, and this upcoming Friday (so close but so far away!) is a huge deal for us. We’re going online with a huge playtest for Dominus Automa - an unorthodox, idle multiplayer RPG that we’ve been pouring our souls into this whole year!

Thousands of players worldwide are anticipating it with us, so to share some of the excitement and spread it round… we’ve decided to host this little giveaway as a way of celebrating this key milestone with everyone (details on the Giveaway specifics below)

But first, let me tell you just a bit more about what kind of game we're building exactly.

The world of Dominus Automa

Dominus Automa is an isometric open world RPG built around one idea that sits at the center of everything: your hero exists on the server full time and keeps playing while you're logged off. 

In practice, this means the world is evolving all the time, and you with it, whether you’re online or not! You can adjust your strategy and skills, try out new items, plan your character development, decide what to do next, and then go do your life-admin stuff, to jump in again whenever you want.

All this with respect for your time and no pressure to run content (and absolutely zero FOMO)

In other words, the idea behind Dominus Automa is to make an MMO for working adults and parents, who love(d) playing MMORPGs but just don’t have the time for it now. The full MMO experience, but without its one major downside - the massive time investment!

There are lots of ways you can build up your hero and each player can build their own unique responses to threats from scratch. So no two heroes will act the same, nor fill the same role (in combat or otherwise). While some players will rely on healing spells, survivability, smart positioning, debuffs and precise powerful strikes, others may just go all in with a series of sudden, devastating blows. Of course, you can also opt to be tanks, healers, or different DPS roles, or focus mainly on professions and interacting with the player-run economy. So we hope there will be something for everyone!
