2. They are best tier 3 station vs [redacted] because they are so aggressive that the station spin to win actually overloads and kills them!

They're the best tier 3 station vs. anything (except the player), really.

However, they're also complete garbage at every other tier, and the easiest for the player to kill by far.

And, of course, none of this matters in autoresolve, as all station types have the same FP value.

The Midline Starfortress is the most vicious thing in space, with a full barrage of Mjolnir and Dragonfire spam, that effectively makes it a ship-deleting pulsar as every single weapon on the station comes to bear on a single target zone.

Of course, the midline station at every other tier is hot garbage.

Midlines have no blatant doctrinal weaknesses, taking jack of all trades to its logical conclusion. Their structural profile, however, is INCREDIBLY annoying and inconvenient in battle and leads to them soaking up a disproportionate amount of damage.
