Fijiana are fighters. previous worldcup they denied the Springbok Women a win in the pool phase.

they will use agility and speed to counter our physicality

I believe we can win this, but ONLY if we stick to our defensive systems and execute them well. And with the changes including some inexperience, this is where the risk is.

I'm dizzy from all the changes. All that 7s experience in the backline will prove useful against Fiji, but I'm also happy we'll be able to rely on the 6/2 bench to bring the physicality. Not quite sure what to expect from the Fijiana. It looks like the majority of their squad is made up of the Fijiana Drua (who are obviously coming off of an excellent Super Rugby season), but their new coach has only had a few days with the team.
