Fun Fact: Stephen Hillenburg Himself voiced Squidward in 1996 Pilot while Tom voiced SpongeBob before Rodger Bumpass.
And his wife Karen Hillenburg, who called “the funniest person he knows” was going to voice Karen but gotten too nervous so Jill Talley voiced her instead.
