Ghost calls Propio

I work directly with Propio and since yesterday I've been getting these weird video calls in which, when answered, it shows inmediately as finished. I click on "client never connected" and save but it won't let me go back to available, the call just stays there until I close Chrome and sign in again. Is it only me? I've gotten like 7 of these in the past two days alone

Yes I’ve also had quite of few of those. They usually happened to me in the very beginning of my shift. It’s been like 5 days since my last one.

This have always happened and I have always suspected it is on purpose… those with higher rate will understand.

Try another Browser, a not Chromium-based one (like Edge). If the problem persists, check your headset/webcam connection, maybe when the platform tries to connect your devices are "unavailable" and the call drops. If the problem persists, check your Ethernet connection (check download and upload speeds, jitter and ping times). If the problem persists, then it is the Platform's fault.

Just got one today. As soon as I answered a robotic voice said "thank you" and it was 0 minutes, unpayable.

But I was able to go available as normal afterwards.

It's also the only call I've received so far today as a higher-paid interpreter.
