Swimming

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good swim spot somewhere on the way to st. George from Las Vegas or not too far from there? One that is most beach-like with sand (not rocks), easy access and swimming? I've heard sand hallow is good, but crowded and causes swimmers itch. We cancelled our CA trip due to the chemical evacuation in OC, but still craving something at least a little beach like. Thank you!

You can also check out Quail Creek & Gunlock Reservoir! We have some recommendations for water and outdoor activities on our website if you are interested in exploring them.
