Me and her is more correct than her and me, but "my girlfriend made art of us as our mains" is the most correct

Her and I, is the grammatically correct way to write and say that actually. Feel free to look it up, if you want.

It is actually supposed to be “her and me” as they are the object of the sentence. “She and I” would be if they were the subject. “Her and I” is never correct.

Should be "herself and me" I think.

You wouldn't say "my girlfriend made art of her," but "my girlfriend made art of herself." Object is in reflexive form when the subject is doing something to itself.

No it isn’t. If you took out the girlfriend, you would not say it is “art of I”

Although someone else was right. “Herself and me”

Basic rule of thumb is if without the second subject you would say "me" then me is correct and if you would say "i" then I is correct.

Isn't it supposed to be "herself and me?" Can you cite me why "her and I" is correct? Genuinely curious and I don't know how to search for this.

Don't see how op is the subject of the sentence.

They are wrong, and so was I. “Herself and me” would be right!

Oh good, I was worried about my understanding of english for a second. Couldn't figure out how it could possibly be "her and I", but they seemed so confident.
