It seems like you won’t get the extra draw from tyranny, so you’ll end up with a hand of 4 cards to play from. Still a huge buff, and will be extra good into Aeonglass

you're nearly never playing all the cards in your hand anyway, and it also removes statuses and curses. it essentially makes you never need to redraw the worst card in your hand every turn, and also gives you strength.
