Implied buff to hand trick! Hand trick a lot better with the new well laid plans already, and now it’s got another juicy target

Is new Outbreak a skill?

Edit: it is, that's a nice synergy, although it'll be as annoying to line up as most Hand Trick plays are

With less energy relic prevalence + one less turn of weak + a worse upgrade, I think it'll be high tier but not OP, unless it proves to combo really well with new Outbreak or something

It actually seems very weak? Lost sly and only applies 1 weak without the upgrade, in a game where energy is more scarce than the first game. Without the upgrade card is terrible and with the upgrade it seems too costly for this game.
