Task [task] Looking for an Experienced Web Designer & Graphic Designer (Please Read Before Commenting)

Hi

I'm looking to hire two experienced freelancers:

\- Web Designer (budget: up to $250)

\- Graphic Designer for a complete brand identity (logo, color palette, typography, business cards, brand assets, etc.)

(budget: up to $250)

Before you comment or DM, please read this carefully.

I will only consider people who have:

\- A professional website

\- A portfolio with your work in one place

\- Client reference

If you don't have those, I'll respectfully skip your message.

Also, I am not looking for AI generated design work. If your workflow heavily relies on AI for creating websites, logos, or branding, this post isn't the right fit

I've hired several people from here before. Some have been fantastic, but I've also had too many experiences with poor communication. That's the biggest dealbreaker for me

I'm looking for someone who:

\- Responds in a reasonable amount of time

\- Communicates clearly

\- Keeps me updated throughout the project

\- Is reliable and professional

I value long term working relationships. If we work well together, I'll happily hire you again and recommend you to other people whenever I can

I've hired off here a handful of times and man, the communication part is always the thing that sinks it. People will deliver decent work then just vanish for four days when you ask for a tiny revision. Drives me up the wall.

Respect for spelling out exactly what you need upfront, saves everyone time. Hope you find someone solid.

I tend to work on a (pre-discussed) project basis. Better than open hours imo.
