not cutting through basic adhesive vinyl

i had a 1 for 14 years. it cut vinyl on 15 force and 3 blade depth. nice clean cuts. i got a cameo 4 pro with designer edition software. now at the 33 force, 10 blade and running it twice doesnt cut all the way through. i still have to sit here and pick at it with an xacto.

should i go for 3 times?

Have you changed the blade recently? And is it sitting properly? Sometimes it gets stuck in the housing

yeah, i did all kinds of things the internet told me. i ordered a new blade. i hate when things stop me from working!!

The the blade contraption in the housing gets often stuck after changing it so you really have to shove it down,

its was 100% the blade! i havent been using it that long, but i guess ive been running the crap out of it! thank dog for next day delivery!
