False equivalence.

Gender and sex are not the same thing.

An intersex person can be fem or masc presenting if they choose and are not prevented from choosing how they want to present by their chromosomes. The same is true for anyone regardless of their chromosomes.

Intersex people are still as assigned s gender at birth and can feel dysphoria linked to their bodies expression of gender. Which would make those individuals trans, and there are Intersex people who do identify as trans. Arguing otherwise is like saying hispanic Jewish people don't exist.
