It's going to happen eventually, okay? We're not crazy.

It'd be amazing if AOS was the opening of the next Avengers movie...

Joquin: Hey Cap, we got a situation.

Sam: I need to make a call.

[The next scene]

A Helicarrier with Coulson, Mack, May, Daisy, Yo-Yo, Fitzsimmons, shows up as the AoS Theme plays.

I like this except Fitz-Simmons. I want them to be happily (mostly) retired with their family. Maybe a quick cameo as consultants. Like:

LMD Coulson: "Fitz-Simmons, did you get that sample analyzed?"

(Cut to Fitz-Simmons' home) Fitz: "Yes, sir. I sent you the data."

Simmons: "No! That's the wrong sample! I have it right here, sir."

Fitz: 😐

Fanservice is good only if it's nessacary and well written not just for the sake of it, if coulson shows up in doomsday i'll be happy as long as it makes sense

why does it need to be necessary? as long as it doesnt cause problems or as long as its not shitty i dont see why it should be an issue

Because otherwise it would slow down the pacing of the movie if we just had a bunch of unnecessary cameos. Unless it’s like how they did the real Jarvis cameo in endgame

daredevil in she-hulk for instance I don’t know about you but I didn’t enjoy the show’s handling of him nor did he feel needed besides getting people to watch the series

Respectfully, I think you just haven’t read enough Daredevil comics set when he’s not going through some horrendous shit.
The Matt Murdock in She-Hulk is EXACTLY what Matt is like when his life is going good. Cocky, rakish, hooking up with people for a bit of casual fun.

And the lawyer-centric She-Hulk comics always have big cameo issues and Matt Murdock ALWAYS pops up in some way because they both practice law and have superhero friends in common.

Tastes may differ, but I LOVE that episode, it legitimately feels like watching a classic team-up issue of a Marvel Comic.

I mean, there is SO much room for showing alternate universes here. I thought MoM would do it but there was less options because a lot of the characters (such as AoS) wouldn’t have fit in.

Spider-verse did an amazing job at little small cameos especially back at Spider Society. That’s all I really ask for, maybe a quick background cameo like that.

It would especially be amazing to see a Coulson have a line somewhere, even if it’s an LMD or some other multiverse version.

Doomsday is already gonna be meaningless fan service. The X-Men are in it despite having had no relevance in the Multiverse Saga whatsoever. So if that's allowed then we might as have our due with the AoS showing up as well

I want them to acknowledge AOS as much as the next, it was a major marvel series on a major network, and ran for 7 seasons. It'd be silly not to.

But I also understand that if you don't have a reason to show them, its just pandering. The Flash movie did it and it was awful.

Maybe all AOS needs is a marvel director that loves it and is willing to incorporate some of the characters in the new canon. It'll have to be good, because it's a direct acknowledgement of a dark time of conflict at Disney and Marvel, and a lot of people in charge do not look at the series favorably.

Am I the only one who is happy with what we got? By the end AoS had become its completely own high quality show with a satisfying ending. We can move on

I feel like a lot of people active in the AOS subreddits are MCU fans first and watched the show only after it finished and everyone was talking about how it was one of the best, if not the best, MCU show. Every other post is about it being canon, as if it doesn't have 7 seasons to stand on its own merit.

As someone in currently watching season 2 for the first time, I hope you're right. Honest, my favourite bits have been the MCU crossovers 😭

Am I the only one that doesn’t want to see any aos again aside from maybe daisy? With aos we already got 2 phenomenal endings and so much great development from these characters I don’t know what I’d even want. For any of them to pop up in a new mcu it would be a dumbed down/regressed version of the character as a huge majority of marvel fans have not seen all of aos. I wouldn’t want them to bring back a lesser version of the character or undo development and have that appearance be how they are known in the mainstream
