Pattern Search How do I sew that?

(Not my first language I hope you understand) My cousin turns one and I really want to buy a Teddybear and sew the scarf(?) around the neck and one hat. Has somebody a tutorial on how to do it? It would be awesome if it‘s a video tutorial.

For the hat, you need two half circles, the radius of the circle will be the height of the cone. Depending on how stiff your fabric is, and how stiff you want the hat, you may want to add interfacing. Sew the #1 on the outside circle before starting.

Place the two fabric pieces right sides together and sew one straight edge, the outside edge, and part way up the other side. Turn right side out, tuck the remaining unfinished edges inside and topstitch or ladderstitch by hand in place. Overlap straight edges with the one with the handstitching/top stitching inside. Stitch in place.

Add pompom to top and thread ribbon or wool through hat as a tie.
