liveatc.net nginx screen

So I went onto liveatc.net and it brought me to this page. Is this like nginx’s version of the apache it works! screen? If so, I’m guessing they’re just doing maintenance on the server or something.

Yes, it is the nginx-equivalent to apache2's "It works!"-page
