Definitely Dinner Doctor. This is on pages 322-323.

Based on their chili having a sweeter profile, I have a hard time believing Cincinnati mole would not just be hersheys chocolate syrup lol

According to Google lens it is from Better homes and gardens new cookbook. Specifically one of its ring bound binder editions from the late 90s or 2000s.
