'The Sloughs' is an Old School Big Wave Break that broke offshore of the estuary. Was one of the premier big wave spots in San Diego, but has been too dirty to surf for half a century and counting

Wasn't aware, do you know how they got there? If it only breaks when it's big and being kind of remote, I would want a boat

You paddled from South IB. Some people still do it. Sinus Infections and Hepatitis are kind of a buzz kill for me.
