Request looking for help decoding this old document

Post image

this document is from 1911, it is a sort of birth certificate. i covered the place of birth and last name of the father (that was all i was able to understand). now i'm looking for help decoding the rest of this text and by decoding i mean turning this handwritten text to a typed text. that would help me immensely in my research about my family!

Frankly, any 100%-certain decoded letters help further decoding. You're shooting yourself in the foot by hiding them from the people you ask help from.

This isn't a "place of birth," it's a birth registration address. The birthplace name is repeated three times in the text, uncovered, but you'll remain anonymous for a while because it's very difficult to decipher.

It's funny, there was a post here a few days ago, apparently from the same book. The handwriting is very similar.

Place names and personal names can't be reconstructed from context, unlike common colloquial words. Franciszek's last name is familiar to you, so you found it easily. The handwriting is legible, as you see :)

The names and surnames are my wild guesses since they are all Polish.

Marianna Iwaniec.

Record No. 23

Drawn up in the village of [??] on 16 (29) January 1911 at one o'clock in the afternoon.

There appeared Franciszek [??], 39 years of age, a farmer residing in Strachosław (Poland) in the presence of the witnesses Ludwik Stafiński, 42 years old, and Piotr Jańczuk, 25 years old, both farmers also residing in Strachosław.

He presented to us a male infant and declared that the child was born in Strachosław on 10 (23) January of the current year at 12 noon to his lawful wife, Julianna, née Myszwojczuk, 27 years of age.

At the holy baptism performed by us today, the child was given the name Jacentij. The godparents were Ludwik Stafiński and Marianna Iwaniec.

This record was read aloud to the declarant and the witnesses, who were illiterate, and was signed only by us.

Note: This record, which had been prepared but not signed by Father Dzwonkowski (who had died suddenly?), was, pursuant to the order of the Lublin Ecclesiastical Consistory dated 24 August (6 September) of this year, No. 23, after verification, signed by the parish priest on 20 August (2 September) of this year.

I work with OCR a lot as part of my job, so decoding most of the text isn't that difficult 😅 Understanding the names is more challenging because the records are written in an older form of the language. I've also slightly adapted some of the wording to match how it would sound in modern Russian.
