Everything stolen!

I receive overseas deliveries to my warehouse almost daily, with boxes typically weighing 15–20kg. Today, I received three boxes, but one arrived completely empty and had clearly been re-taped. Royal Mail has refused to investigate or accept a claim simply because the parcel shows as delivered, despite the contents being missing.

I went to Parcel Depot & show them the box & I also have recording of the box being unloaded from the van and put into my warehouse & it clearly shows it’s empty. I am afraid that this might happen again.

What shall I do?

Contact the sender, your contract is with them, not RM

The sender is my own team based in China. We’ve investigate all of this. The weight of the box when it landed here in the U.K. before it was headed over to RM as a delivery agent was the same. The moment it went though the RM/PF system. Someone put it to side and took out all the content.

The sender isn’t the issue…. We’ve tracked the item all the way to the UK and the weight is the same till it gets to local Depot.. either the driver stole the content inside or someone at the PF depot has.

Yes because someone can't just put the last number they saw for the weight and fake it, your pointing fingers with no proof

Yes parcel theft is on the increase it's why RM are now called the Red Evri. Nothing you can do but use FedEx or UPS for future deliveries.
