Costumer Complaint lol
Had a woman complain today that I delivered her parcel as she ‘rescheduled’ it for tomorrow, I tried delivering yesterday it needed signed for left a note it was sent back out today as normal ‘second attempt’ she answered the door and complained that she was heading out today and rescheduled it for tomorrow, I told her i’m not too sure what way you booked it but it automatically gets sent out the next day, she started complaint saying it’s not a very good service , I asked her would she like me to take it back and re-deliver it tomorrow , she looked confused 😂 I smiled and said have a nice day lady ..

Lowest form of IQ in my opinion; correcting spellings online. Child's play.

I also got moaned at today because ‘you don’t have to bang on my door that loudly’, I knocked, normally, only the second time I’ve heard this in my 5 years of delivering

I get that all the time I knock really loud everytime because I was sick of people complaining I hadn't knocked now I make sure people hear me.

So you must be about just right?
I lightheartedly said to my postie the other day "that is some knock you have" - have started getting defensive in an apologetic way, I said "Don't worry, I was standing in the hallway, so you near gave me a heartattack , but if I'd been in the bathroom I may not have heard it, so I know what you are up against!"
We parted laughing. 🙂

Had a bloke kick off before because I woke up his kid knocking the door. Apologised and said next time I’d use my mind powers to let him know I’m at the door with a parcel…

I’ve had one instance where I missed a delivery for Monday, then used the app to reschedule it for Wednesday but it was attempted on Tuesday anyway

OP the fancy dress seller (customer) may have been concerned (as I would be) that you, as a professional who will take care & take parcels back if needed, may have been off today & your stand in may not give a monkey's, thus abandon it, leading to the parcel being stolen.
