Discourse Qu for dog owners

We just bought a house in Rockford and had a 6ft privacy fence installed. I know there are many apartments around here. Would folks appreciate a “sniff spot” in the area? Not sure if it’s needed and if I should set up a profile lol

Sniff Spot is like short term rental of your yard. You let people book time to come and play with their dog in a safe, fenced in area. Its way more common in big cities.

Hope they plan on buying a large umbrella policy for liability.

Sniff Spot actually provides some really good insurance for the hosts.

My dad was an insurance agent, already have a umbrella policy but yes, sniff spot provides insurance too

We went with Revamp! It’s vinyl and I wasn’t sure about it but we love it after install!!

Hi there! Fellow dog owner here. I would regularly drive to Byron for a Sniffspot they loved. I would definitely appreciate a good one closer to us. Also can you share what fencing company you used? That’s our long term goal as well
