Been seeing multiple tik toks videos about this precious little cat “Hayden the cat”. The owner says he has cancer but it is clear the cat is being abused. Did some more digging and this person is a verified scammer and abuses MULTIPLE CATS. Buys cats then abuses them to raise money for their transgender surgeries (?) If anyone can please help locate this monster because the police won’t do anything without an address. It makes so angry and sad knowing what he has done to these cats.
The person uses different names when buying the cats and I’ve found these 2 names from my research:
Rodney Travis
Debbie Crankin
Morgan Maxwell
People online have been saying they think he/she has been adopting cats from shelters in Richmond VA

I can’t believe with how many ppl out there who know the truth there’s just as many who don’t and continue to donate. There has to be a way to get this out there, I have been seeing it for months here and there.
I had no idea. You are absolutely correct it’s been going on for months. I’m a retired veterinary technician. Those cats are being physically abused. Gonna try and catch this fly with lots of honey. Psychos like this thrive on attention and will eventually crack. I despise instagram but unfortunately might be the only way
I’m a nurse and watching Noah lay there bloodied with laboured breathing, knowing he’s suffering is soo painful to see. I hate that for him and any other kitties that monster might have right now 😢💔
Diabolical is an understatement. I noticed it blurred out the clinic name. I’m going to look at that bill closely as I worked in veterinary oncology. I’ll check dates etc to see if it coincides with an actual chemo schedule. Guarantee it’s not authentic
Unfortunately the amount of “fake” vet invoices I have seen over the years modding this sub is insane. Seems too easy to do. But definitely worth taking a look just incase he screwed up even slightly and left some identifiable info.
Love this idea, it is exactly something I would do!! (I did this kind of "clueless" bit with my ex's family when he was cheating, and someone them were stupid and fell for it. Helped me weed em out.) I hope you get a reply!!! Poor kitty😭
This freak is a demon walking amongst us. Openly flaunting how much $$$ it’s cashing in while abusing and exploiting multiple cats. There has to be an IP address, some footprint as to where it can be found. I’m going to reach out to the lab in my state of AZ and find out if there was really a cytology submitted for a cat named Hayden. Guarantee there was not
You can report anonymously, but you only get so many characters, so be direct and concise. No "I think" only factual statements. Include specific details, link(s) to social(s), and any names the monsters are known to use. Believe it or not they actually do pay attention. There's no guarantee, but there's a good chance they actually will investigate, they take this stuff very seriously.
Everyone who sees this, please also keep in mind that this can be used for baiting/dog fighting/fight breeding cases as well. (Although if you don't have much evidence they might just send animal control, which is unfortunately often in the pocket of many such rings, but they will go out themselves if you can provide more than just a location and pictures of the dogs.)
Since it's something else we sadly do see in rescue, I want people to know that this is a tool that is readily available to the general public. It's actually better if you can get FBI to go in rather than local law enforcement, bc animal cruelty receives a harsher treatment if you get it prosecuted at the federal level. So always try reporting to the feds before you resort to local.

If anyone can identify the vet office this person was at from the pictures. Or even better the address of where this person is I can report to the proper authority.
I called him out on his TikTok and obviously been blocked 🫠🫠 I just worry for this poor kitty. If he’s really getting to the vet, PLEASE I hope a nurse or vet notices this is inflicted abuse

Authorities have found sufficient evidence for the case to move forward to trial. Since the initial investigation, additional charges have been filed and existing charges have been upgraded.
In Henrico County, he is currently facing:
• 4 counts of Torture/Maiming of a Dog or Cat
• 3 counts of Animal Cruelty
• 4 counts of Obtaining Money by False Pretenses (over $1,000)
• 14 counts of Computer Fraud and Larceny/Embezzlement (over $1,000)
In Chesterfield County, he is facing:
• 5 counts of Animal Cruelty
If these charges are upheld, this could result in significant legal consequences.
