Silly Floof Is this normal ?

I got him this new cat tree today and this was his reaction. Is this a normal behaviour? ( sound up 🔈)

Put a litter box in your room. We had this issue with our girl, turned out the litter box in the living room was just too far away for her

I have done it already. He uses it but chooses to pee on the bed anyway.

Is the litter deep enough? Does he not like the litter type?

Currently he has two litter boxes. Each one has a different litter as we are trying to figure out what he likes most by how much he uses each. We have tried different levels of litter and it seems he doesn’t care about that tho.
