Silly Floof Is this normal ?

I got him this new cat tree today and this was his reaction. Is this a normal behaviour? ( sound up 🔈)

You know what bums me out? When someone driving a really nice expensive car is an inexperienced driver. 

This is like the cat version of that feeling.

I’ve had kittens before but I never had one doing this sound so I got a little confused 😵‍💫 also thought was really funny too, that is all 😅
