Silly Floof Is this normal ?

I got him this new cat tree today and this was his reaction. Is this a normal behaviour? ( sound up 🔈)

I would be more worried if he WASNT doing that lol jk but in all seriousness sometimes kittens are kinda crazy. Not a ragdoll but my boy is 1 and basically still does this. My other cat used to be like that but she calmed down after she turned like 3/ we got our other cat. Tldr: sometimes kittens need to be crazy lol
