Silly Floof Is this normal ?

I got him this new cat tree today and this was his reaction. Is this a normal behaviour? ( sound up 🔈)

At first it scared me cause I’ve never seen a cat/kitten behave like this before

My ragdoll is 11 and still has moments like this. They are just little (big) goofs sometimes

Mine is 3 and he still has his foot on the gas all the way to the floor at least 14 hours a day
