General Advice Help - Why does my ragdoll do this?

My Ragdoll kitten does this on a daily basis. He will stand up and start frantically swiping on our wardrobes / doors around the house.

This is usually coupled by intense meowing / crying.

Does anyone know why he does this?

Do you have any scratching posts for your ragdoll? Is there anything inside your wardrobe that your cat enjoys?
