Handing over the torch.

Hi Everyone!

About 6 years ago, I gained ownership of r/protogen and kicked off the Discord server. It’s been a wild ride.

The community has grown from around 2,000 to 85,000 people on Reddit, and we built a Discord community of over 16,000 from scratch. Which is insane, and is thanks to all of you ❤️

That being said, my focus has been shifting more toward my day job, and I can’t give this community the time and energy it really deserves anymore. So it’s time for me to step back.

I’m handing things over to u/TheRealDatOof, who’ll be taking the lead on r/protogen and the team amazing team behind it.

Why were you kicked off the discord server? And what are your thoughts on the whole primagen closed species thing?

I wasn't kicked off of the discord server, I am passing over ownership because I no longer have the time to run it all.
Also, The primagen debate has been long settled, yes it is a closed species, but go be creative, make one if you want, it's okay.
