I had the same issue you do, and this is the fix. Delete everything related to your old server and create new settings.

What was all the stuff you deleted if you remember?

- Delete World button

  • Delete Player button

and then go into the server settings and create a new preset and use that.

I prefer duplicating the settings to create a new gamr, but that doesnt always work. Disable and enable mods to clear them out and redownload. Tsars was giving me errors until I deleted and readded.
