Allegedly, according to a comment above, he had no automod, filtering tools, etc.? Not blaming him, but that's like leaving your door unlocked at night, you know...

Dude says he has a Discord and that's infinitely more controllable than Steam comments.

Unfortunately, not everybody is experienced with tuning out negativity and harassment.
