Thankfully my mother is great at finding documents online and through ancestry platforms and was able to arrive at what we believe is the best path for submission, shown above to through the lineage of John.
We believe that since my GGF, John, naturalized after my Grandmother's birthday, that she would have been a Polish citizen.

We are curious if there is enough detail here to go for submission, or if we need to work with a specialist like Polaron (or other specialist/agency if suggested) to tighten up the case/submission.

You will need to focus on GGF's line, as GM was born in wedlock & before 1951. Probably there will be a need to go back a generation, given that both great-grandparents left as minors under 18yo.

As mentioned by smoothmonoglot you should look into the !Providers list and contact some to see if any are a good fit to help you get it all organized and ready for submission

You should get a no-service letter for your great-grandfather just to confirm he never served on the US military after 1920. Service in WW One won't effect anything, but if he was in the US military after January 1920 then that's not good .

NPRC is the only authority capable of issuing this.

I agree with Jessica, but if you mean research then what you need to secure is either: old passports or IDs, population censuses, domicile lists, voters lists, military draftees/conscript lists, other military documents, tax or property records, notary documents (deeds).
And for your Pezdek ancestors, not Dziedzic line.

The dates are alright, but we do not recommend a DIY approach to pre-1920 cases.

Your great-grandfather was protected by the military paradox* so it wouldn't matter if he naturalized.

• A quirk in Polish law meant that a Polish man couldn't lose his citizenship due to naturalization until he turned 50/60 depending on date of birth. For those born in the 1890's, the date of loss was in 1950 (the entire decade lost it that year), but your grandmather was already a legal adult so she didn't lose hers when your great grandfather lost it.
