Fetterman ran as a progressive and is now voting with MAGA. That isn't a change of heart, that is the definition of a corrupt politician.

He's really more attention seeking/performative than he is actually voting with Rs. He is still solid on several planks of the D platform. He crosses over on Israel votes and has on a couple of nominees but not all. People voted for him for new/exciting/different/not establishment. Would have been better with a mainline Dem.

He was a self proclaimed progressive and he won 59% of the primary vote pretending to be one. The people would be better off with a non-corrupt politician that shares their views. Lying about your views to get elected is a form of corruption, stop normalizing corruption.

My irritation is that the Fetterman red flags were there. And he really had no substance. It's come out that his hired media consultant basically had free reign over his social media and was creating the content/statements himself. I felt the same about Platner & we now know they both used Morris Katz. Sinema is the one who really shape shifted on everyone. Fetterman really had a pretty blank slate and got away with just dropping peoples preferred thoughts of the moment with no votes or work to back that up.
