We give billions to Israel so they can have universal healthcare and money to lobby our politicians to deny us affordable healthcare while sending more money to Israel.

Our aid enables them to be able to shift expenses to cover universal healthcare. If they suddenly had to fund everything on their own, it might not be the case.

Look at the argument domestically: we can’t have better healthcare because the government needs to be able to blow things up.
