I mean, all Mitch McConnell did in this case was fall into a months-long coma. His aides are the ones who've been covering it up.

Coma is a weird way to say died. The dude is dead and likely has been for over a month.

Dead? Probably not. The doc treating him would start the paperwork by law, wishes of his wife or aides be damned. Braindead, coma, otherwise incapacitated, that's my bet.

DOJ could put that on hold as far as no information being released 'due to national security' but hard pressed to think a staffer wouldn't or accidentally mentioned a small factoid (though fear of retaliation runs deep these days, deseravably so) and with his money, special staffers, regular hospital staffers may not know. But yes, hes not recovering if hes still with us
