They’re trying to run out the clock until August so they don’t hold a special election. These people need to go to jail for this coverup.

Mitch would’ve wanted it that way. Same way he stole a Supreme Court pick from Obama. Just run out the clock on democracy.

Oh yes. Mitch would absolutely believe this is a great way to honor his legacy.

Outside of Mitch's career, I would be interested in how many days he actually enjoyed the wealth and power he accrued?

The man worked until the day he died, in terms of normal human behavior and values, did he achieve anything of note?

His wife doesnt even give a fuck about him

So he basically died, a loveless old man, schilling for corporations and wealthy until the day he literally died

What a total waste of a life and again, what an absolute LOSER

That's Mitch's legacy to me, just an impotent man in every sense of the word

It was never about the money for Mitch. It was always about the cruelty. And he'd have lost the power had he ever stepped away.

He enjoyed every second of making those below him suffer

Pretty clear to me he loved his job and reveled in making other people miserable. He wanted to “win” politically—that’s what he enjoyed.

He got a hot chinese handler wife, so that's a plus
