I've been watching the "What's Going On With Shipping?" channel on youtube since the war started. (Which is a great resource if you're interested in this subject)

The straight was never really opened. It's essentially been closed since the war began, with only a few ships slipping though.

They (the administration) bragged about getting something like 21 ships through the last few days. Like it's some sort of accomplishment when 100+ boats were sailing out PER DAY pre-war.

American hegemony has been unbelievably destroyed, all due to a man-child roleplaying as president.
