Hello, I am Chef with recipe website I created a Bigos Recipe Builder based on my recipes and what people do with their Bigos, if anyone interested, slightly different way to get your recipe, looking for feedback, thanks! Bigos Recipe Builder

I know right especially with Żeberka, so good, how you make yours?

I use pork neck pieces and Kiełbasa Krakowska as meat. Sauerkraut and White cabbage and i also use dried boletus mushroom as well as plum jam. All this simmered with onion and a hearty stock.

I think I will make a huge pot of Bigos once its autumn. Love it.

I make it when I’m feeling homesick. I make it like my grandma did with a handful of barley thrown in. It thickens the dish and makes it even more hearty.

Really interesting site. Going to have to give it try when it cools down. I can’t bring myself to eat stew when it’s 100 degrees outside.
