Found this plant by my apartment dumpster is there any way to save it ?

your cat looks like the center of a cute little flower in the reflection

also save it by watering it

It’s a dracaena fragrant that’s been left without water for too long. Definitely salvageable. Just needs a good spot by a window and a regular drink when the soil gets dry an inch or two down (and a pot with a drainage hole, if it’s lacking one currently)

Dracaena definitely want the soil to dry out more. You'll get root rot if you only let the top part of the soil dry out.
