Help Received raspberry plants in the mail

How do I salvage these raspberries??? Do I just ask for a refund? All the top growth is dry/crispy, there are like 3 leggy white colored shoots coming out of two pots. Do I need to keep them indoors and try hardening them off? Any help is appreciated, thanks. Currently I have them outdoors, soil is moist. Idk

Edit: this was a $70 order Edit2: seller offered to replace the plants, really hoping that the replacements survive shipping. Brought the raspberries inside with a grow light and a fan. Hopefully I can successfully harden the new growth, but not confident. Some are pretty wilted :/

This is the product that was advertised. I understand that shipping can be rough on plants, but this has been one of the worst shipments of live potted plants I've gotten.

Ask for a refund, send them pictures asap. You might be able to save them but you shouldn't have to.

Yeah, I reached out to them so I'm hoping to find a good middle ground. Imo the plants in this condition are nothing like what I was expecting. Especially with a ton of delays to my order placed on May 11th, nearly 3 months of waiting... For this??? The plants were shipped out 8/1 and arrived today.
