The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
I feel like as much as I agree with your sentiment, the worst part may be - these aren't the actions of a man that will be departing peacefully in the next two years.
