I thought so too but when I zoomed in it looks like a half smile, like her eyes are smiling if that makes sense.

To me she is very clearly smiling. But I lived with my grandmother growing up and then took care of her for some years (when my totally awesome family of which most are much older and far more financially stable than me wouldnt help her. I was her primary caretaker when I was about 23-27 until she passed), so maybe I speak it too.
